SEYED MAHDI JAVADI: One of the problems of old companies and industries is the lack of transfer of experience and sharing of knowledge by key employees, these employees use the knowledge and information gained during their years of service as an advantage in the organization. They are hardly willing to transfer this information and knowledge to other colleagues. ًIn #Farabi_Cinema_Foundation , as an company with a long history, we are suffering from this problem, lack of documenting experiences, recording important and key information, and lack of efforts of older employees to transfer this knowledge.
Mining experience, extracting knowledge and important information and forming a bank of experience and information is one of the actions that we started in Farabi.
