Will legal technology solve all legal issue

SEYED MAHDI JAVADI: These days, the more we talk about legal technology, the more we have to think about whether all legal issues are so mathematical and regular that finding their answers can be entrusted to technology.
In law, there are concepts that play a decisive role in the fate of legal issues and solutions. Some of these concepts have not been able to be clearly explained even by human beings with so much intellectual analytical power. For example, the difference between justice and fairness, can technology distinguish between justice and fairness in decision making. Or in interpretative cases, if an interpretation of legal texts or legal materials is to be provided, does technology have the power of interpretation? If the interpretation is to be presented based on the principle of good faith, how will technology be able to understand the concept of good faith and provide a method based on it, as even human do not agree on the concept of good faith, and depending on each case, They consider the situation to be effective in it.
In my opinion, legal technology can be effective where the documentation of the decision is highly mathematical, in other cases, technology can provide general help (such as analyzing problems based on previous similar problems and the solutions presented in them, such as legal systems belonging to the common law), and in some cases it will not be able to provide effective help, where the issue is strongly affected by perceptual concepts.
